German tuner Edo Competition released a few preview photos from a couple of cars they have readied for the 2015 Essen Motor Show. The main star is the Edo Ferrari 488 GTB, with a new Edo Aventador built in partnership with Continental in the supporting role.
Edo has been playing around for the GTB for a while now, as they were one of the first tuners to take delivery of the new Italian super car. The Essen-bound Edo Ferrari 488 GTB is a black example garnished a number of visual tweaks and, hopefully, a substantial power upgrade package.
The car features a subtle aero kit complementing the stock bumpers with an elegant front spoiler lip and rear diffuser, plus side skirts. There is also red accents on the bonnet and on the blacked-out wheels featuring red center caps. It’s a cool visual treatment, exactly what you would expect from Edo, whose real expertise lies in performance upgrades. We are looking forward to seeing what they have come up with for the 488’s turbocharged V8 engine.
As for the Edo Aventador Continental, this one appears pretty much stock on the outside. So it must be getting a monster power boost with a set of high-performance Continental tires. More details will be released in time for the Essen Motor Show. By: motorward
