The package sound promising but we’re still a bit confused.

When Porsche revealed its Macan GTS at the Tokyo Motor Show a few weeks ago, we were pretty excited. It looked great and came with a nice amount of power, 355 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6.

The Macan GTS looked so good that Porsche decided to add interior and exterior packages for the powerful Macan Turbo based off the GTS variant, which slots in under the Turbo. The package for the exterior includes 21-inch wheels with the design based off the 911 Turbo.

Sleeker door mirrors are added for more class and style. Gloss black trim on the air inlets and side blades along with black exhaust tips and smoked taillights are also included. Inside, Porsche has fitted the baby SUV with alcantara on the seats, armrests and door panels along with Rhodium Silver or Garnet Red stitching on the instrument panel.

The illuminated door sills are now carbon fiber and “Turbo” lettering on the headrests finish off the package. Does all of this detailing make the Macan any more like a true Porsche?
