Having presented the fans of Ferrari 488 GTB with a marvelous upgrade program, German tuner Wheelsandmore has turned its attention to another Italian super car, the SuperVeloce Aventador. Wheelsandmore Lamborghini Aventador SV LP800 boasts some juicy specs.  Wheelsandmore Lamborghini Aventador SV “La maXXina”

The car is dubbed “La maXXina” which is apparently slang for “maximum machine” and there’s clue as to whom Wheelsandmore Lamborghini Aventador SV is aimed at. It’s the super affluent people who have managed to secure one of the 600 coupe or 500 roadster SuperVeloce models that are being produced, and are now willing to blow up hundreds of thousands of dollars more doing the car up.

For them Wheelsandmore Lamborghini Aventador SV is the perfect option as it comes with just the right modifications to make the whole thing more enjoyable. The tuner hasn’t messed around with the aero kit on the SV and contented itself with just some nice stripes and a set of wheels. They recommend the 2-part full-carbon-rim F.I.W.E. megalight forged wheels, each of which are a full 2kg lighter than the stock wheels.

The SuperVeloce is 50kg lighter than the standard Aventador, but that is not enough for WaM. They have shaved off more kilos through the use of the carbon wheels, and also a new handcrafted exhaust with integrated valve flap system which weights about 6 kg less than the stock system. Combined with an ECU remap, the system increases the power output of the Lambo’s V12 engine to 800 horsepower and 710 Nm of torque.

Sadly the extra oomph does not increase the top speed, due to the limitations of the Pirelli tires, and its effect on the acceleration is minuscule (0,1s faster to 100 km/h).  By: motorward
